Our Electropolish and Passivation process provides a clean particulate free surface, necessary for space applications. Electropolish provides a corrosion resistant surface, and removes any discoloration on the surface caused by heat treating and or oxidation leaving you with a bright reflective finish. Our facility includes Class 100 and 1,000 Clean Rooms for ultra-pure inspection, cleaning and packaging of life critical components.
ESI offers Hard Anodizing, Clear and Color Anodizing, Teflon Coating, and Chromate Conversion finishes for Aluminum parts. There are numerous advantages to an anodized surface, such as:

ESI also offers Colors and Type II Anodize for Titanium. Titanium anodizing provides the advantages of hardening and coloring the surface of titanium components without altering the surface properties of the metal. There are several advantages to titanium anodize:
